Our 9th Chefs Tour stop in NYC hosted Momofuku Milk Bar chef Christina Tosi and these unique bite-sized sweets, Cake Truffles, which one fan called “sinfully good!”.
Chef Tosi uses All-Clad’s Copper-Core collection to prepare her samples on the truck, shown in the background.
